Proposta de um manual de manutenção predial para a biblioteca setorial do CDSA/ UFCG.

Abstract

This work consists of the creation of a building maintenance manual for the conservation and repair of CDSA / UFCG Sector Library facilities, as this sector does not have a maintenance policy and therefore there are no pre-established conservation and repair practices. The manual is based on the principles of Total Productive Management (TPM), which is a set of management activities that integrate all employees to achieve maximum equipment utilization. For the study, technical visits and interviews with maintenance professionals were carried out in order to propose a specific maintenance policy to meet the needs of the sector. The result obtained for this study was a maintenance manual consisting of three sections.
