Resumo:
This work has for objective the development of software to study processes of chemical daily pay-treatment with the purpose of silica removal in systems of membranes. The software construed in Paschal Object has data entry for the quality of the water to be
studied, of preliminary test for curve of removal of silica and steps of functioning for
simulation of the chemical dosages of daily pay-treatments. First stage of simulation
consists of after determining the amounts of the chemical species dosage of hydroxide of
sodium, using the thermodynamic condition of chemical balance for real watery system.
The second stage of simulation, that says respect to the determination of the dosage of acid clorídrico, also uses corrections of concentrations of the ionic chemical species, where the effect of the presence of the several are considered ions, determining the coefficients of activities of the chemical components. The tests with system pilot had shown that the developed simulator presents considerable approach with the experimental values of hidrogeniônico potential for the phase dosage of acid clorídrico.
