Abstract:
The school management is of fundamental importance in that if you want a school that meets the demands of social life, which must be expressed through a practice that comprises the administrative and personnel educational activities where the type of management carried out in institutions School stands out as a strategic element because the management model is responsible for the success or failure of the organization of the education work process, and can be perceived as an instrument for the realization of public policies of education, because it can foster maintenance or processing of a given context. This study presents a proposal that has the general objective to investigate how it is carried out the practice of School Management for the organization and development of the School Working under the Municipal School of Basic Education Ildefonso Anselmo da Silva in Amparo-PB. And as specific goals, we have: demonstrate how the management has contributed to the pedagogical practice of school; identify what factors act as a determinant in shaping the municipal school management processes Basic Education Ildefonso Anselmo da Silva in Amparo-PB; check the school manager's level of preparedness analyzed and the recognition of the fundamental tasks of a school manager. The methodology of this work is a bibliographical and documentary stamp with descriptive study of a qualitative nature, through an empirical study. As a result, it was found that the trend in the study of school management is to be considered democratic, participatory, but with evidence of scientific and technical or bureaucratic management. We conclude, therefore, that there is a good relationship between teachers and managers, and large participation of all stakeholders in the school community.
