Abstract:
This research was about on the ethical conduct from the public servant that acts in the education management in perspective of the arendtiano thinking. Has as problematic the following question: how can be we critically analyze the procedure and the consequences of the ethical conduct of the public servant that operates in education management under perspective of the arendtiano thinking? The objective of the investigative research in general dimension was to critically evaluate the ethical conduct of the public servant that operates in educational management under the political perspective thinking arendtiano in order to identify if the private interests overlapping or not for the collective interests involving in a central management non participatory and for developing this objective, it become necessary to developing the following specific objectives: looked for characterize the profile of ethical public servant with the function exercised from the code of ethics and of the categories arendtianas; to identify the variable freedom as considers of the actions ethical in professional practice in the context of educational management; examine if there existed or not a predominance of the interest of the public servant in the exercise of that function by the private dimension in detriment of the public dimension in the light of the philosophical thinking of Hannah Arendt by checking the use or non - use of speech in public space on the effectiveness of everyday actions. In relation of methodological procedures this research was characterized by the bibliographical and field study nature. With regard to the approach of the problem, this research was characterized as quali-quantitative. The results revealed that the public servants involved in the educational management were not limited in their professional duties, but understand that it was an integral part of the collectivity, prioritized in the exercise of professional meeting collective interests, participated in the decision making process and prioritized by decentralizing decisions and promoting the participation of the different actors involved, although, in some moments, the final decision to be taken by the secretary and his team.
