Resumo:
This research has as objects of study the conceptions and forms of assessment Arts education in the early years of elementary school, having as main objective the comparative study on the functioning of the dynamics of teaching Arts in a public school and a school private, in order to investigate how teachers understand the evaluative methods in teaching this discipline and how to use the same to consolidate the teaching practice. The methodology used for this research followed the qualitative perspective and the instrument for data collection was a questionnaire with objective questions. To support this discussion, was based on the views of various authors, with proposals on how this unfolds teaching in schools. It is concluded that, of all the aspects revealed in this study, it is evident the many opportunities that are provided for the growth of students in the teaching of discipline, of course, when it is thought intentionally and when it provides multiple learning, creative and sensitive, aiming the evaluation process with the planning, monitoring to assist in learning, we still find teachers who know all these benefits for life in society more traditionalists prefer to perpetuate and insignificant procedures for students.
