The object of study of this work for a Business Pedagogy, because the labor market is increasingly demanding professionals with greater potential, with the skills and competencies to act efficiently in the labor market. The objective of this research is to know the work with PedagogoDesarroll at SENAC Cajazeiras - PB. The specific objectives were: Reflect on the performance of the pedagogue in the School of Professional Education; To characterize a Business Pedagogy; Identify the specificities of the pedagogical work at SENAC de Cajazeiras. The choice of this theme is justified by the extension of the areas in which the pedagogue can act in addition to basic education. As for the methodological path, the first phase consisted of a bibliographical survey, including books, documentaries and other sources that relate to the topic addressed. Also as part of the bibliographical survey we conducted an online search on the legislation, documents and articles related to the object of study. This research questioned how the SENAC institutionally incorporates the professionalism of the pedagogue? Methodologically, the type of qualitative research was adopted. The instruments of data collection are the interview and observation. The research subjects are two pedagogies that work at SENAC Cajazeiras. Results: The research data revealed that the work of the non-SENAC pedagogue is complex, bureaucratic and very significant. As pedagogues they work with a qualification of people for the job market, and this is a differential for a life of the person who is more likely to guarantee their employability as for a company offering more qualified logistics services in population.
