Resumo:
Over the years, the Internal Communication (IC) has been receiving increasing attention by
managers of the companies. This enhancement results from the spread of the ideology that
employees need to be properly informed about the goals of the organization, as well as everyday
matters such that rumors are not disseminated. Enabling this process are those of
communication tools, which act as catalysts in this process, allowing that there is a synergy
intraorganizational. Thus, the present Supervised Intership Report has to analyze the IC
processes in Social Service for Industry’s (SESI) institution, João Rique Ferreira (JRF), located
in the city of Campina Grande - PB. To achieve this goal, the methods used to collect the data
were participant observation, literature and exploratory research. Therefore, the exploratory
phase of the research was based on Caleiras (2015) and Souza (2004) adapted models with a
non-probabilistic convenience sampling, consisting of employees of the company under review.
To collect data, questionnaires were answered in person, resulting in 47 respondents in total.
Pursuant to, the results of this phase shows that the company study despite having different
means of formal and informal communication, some employees do not feel fully informed about
the organization of events, nor are used the tools and integration of actions in its entirety. Also
were identified using fifteen internal communication tools. However, it is necessary to adopt
new forms of more interactive communication and new practices, so it was suggested to "Fique
por Dentro," the CAT João Rique Ferreira’s Blog, the campaign "Compartilhe" and the
inclusion of the financial status customer in the Sustainability Report.
Accordingly , it is concluded that the CAT JRF , need to place internal communication as one
of its priorities , giving it a strategic status , so that the benefits from the improved flow of
information will transpose the organization itself, generating reflections in the external and
highlighting the company in the provision of services
