The agglomeration imposes a busy life, with little time available, and you need multiple
services to maintain a more comfortable life, thus making a company that offers better quality
of life to consumers to be well accepted in its implementation. Condominiums' managers
surveyed in the city of Campina Grande-PB, by offering a relatively new service, do not
bother to innovate in their services. These leave their weakest performance, without giving
importance to the need for innovation in community services which is important when it
comes to quality of life for tenants and to meet contemporary needs of customers. This makes
companies using innovation stand out. The aim of this study is to analyze the feasibility of
implantation an administrator of condominiums in the city of Campina Grande-PB, through a
business plan adapted to the reality of a service company. This plan will define the profile and
the company's services, structuring an operational plan, develop marketing strategies, conduct
an analysis of the financial viability and check the demand for services that the company will
offer. To achieve the objectives proposed in this work, we chose a quantitative research. As
for the technical procedures used, the literature was used to underpin all exposed at work
ideas. For the preparation of the financial analysis of the study , it was used as the basis
SEBRAE software adapted to reality of service provider company . it was realized the
importance of a business plan to show the feasibility of opening the project , helping the
entrepreneur to feel more secure in time to take the next step and that innovation is an
important tool that differentiates your business from others, thus causing he highlighted .
feasibility indicators were positive , showing a R$62,498.21 breakeven , profitability 40.76%,
profitability of 127.21% and the payback period of the investment less than one year.
