implementation of the area of people management, for example to work the organizational
identity, to make research of organizational climate and a diagnosis of Personnel Management
activities, to structure the area of Personnel Management, to standardize the processes in the
area of Personnel Management, to define a plan for jobs and wages, to set a reward policy and
to develop actions of internal communication. This proposal was based on the theories studied
in the development of this report, due to the organization's growth prospects and the expected
improvement in the performance of employees, so the company can use it more strategically.
