Resumo:
This study aims to analyze aspects present in health relationships and illness risks of
Community Health Agents (ACS), such as work environment, requirements, directions and
their effects. The study was conducted in the county of Juazeirinho - PB, using the
quantitative method, allowing to collect as much information as possible on this problem.
He conducted the search of these subjects, which has a total staff of 42 professionals, in
which 34 participated in the survey. Inventory work was used and Risk of Illness (ITRA)
to evaluate the interrelationship of work and illness of ACS and experiences issues, such as
pleasure and pain. For the conceptual understanding of the case study, we used the
knowledge produced by Dejours that offered in recent decades, important contributions to
the understanding of the employment relationship and the mental health work
psychodynamics (PDT). The respective data were evaluated through 4 ITRA scales: Rating
Scale of Work Context (EACT) Human Labor Cost Scale (ECHT), pleasure Indicators
Scale and Suffering at Work (EIPST) and Rating Scale Relating Damage to Work
(EADRT). The analysis of the results allowed us to understand that both the point of
Pleasure at Work and the suffering at work are at the midpoint of their respective areas of
analysis, since one reveals gratification with work and the other to frustration. The
recognition of the CHWs work variables can contribute to change this reality. We can
conclude that the various facets of the work are responsible for the disease processes of
workers by demanding great pace on his journey, environment crossed by physical
burdens, biological, chemical, mechanical, emotional, and the work of the management is
governed on the basis of bureaucratic mold through the tiering of services and
fragmentation associated with the procedures.
