Resumo:
This Supervised Internship Report from course of Administration addresses an analysis of
outsourcing in the public sector through a multi case study. The outsourcing has emerged a
model which proposed the reduction of the organizational structure and the flexibility of
work organization and the way of hiring. This technique began to be introduced in the public
service after the administrative reform which proposed "wipe away" the state owned
machine. The proposed objective is to analyze the conflicts in labor lawsuit, between the
employee, the outsourcer company and the public entity, sometimes the service taker. To
achieve this objective, the methodology used was qualitative-descriptive, through a multi
case study and the data was collected through documentary analysis. The results showed that
exist a culture of protection of public entity, that even after committing faults during the
contract to provide services, was able to get the justice absolution of accountability
subsidiary. This is evidence of the need for legislation to regularly better the outsourcing.
