The Child Protective Services takes actions seeking to ensure the rights and protection of children under eighteen years in its various aspects. Created from the Child and Adolescent the agency assumes the function of protecting the lowest since the 1990s, taking action through the tutelary counselors who work in cases of abuse, threat and violation of minors, but also develop projects helping the seizure and care at school whenever triggered by direction when students go beyond all the limits imposed by the school. In this sense, the study aims to analyze the Child Protective Services contribution regarding school evasion of the field students in a public school in Paraiba cariri, seeking to identify how is the tutelary advisor approach in cases of school evasion, checking the procedures used, seeking understand this way, as the Child Protective Services can contribute to the school community in the context of rural education. The research is characterized as an experience report, which, through the eyes of a guardianship counselor, the actions developed in a school of public elementary schools in the municipality of Sumé were presented. The research subjects were under eighteen students living in rural Sumé who received warning due to school evasion, their parents or guardians, the school board and the tutelary counselors. As instruments for data collection were used daily class and protocol chips Child Protective Services. Because the amount of similar cases reported three that were interpreted from the content analysis. The ethical aspects were respected and used fictitious names, approximate ages and more common cases that are attended about school evasion. Through research it was noticed that when performing work together with school, family and Child Protection Agency, the less likely to escape school and follow the correct path is much greater when not happen teamwork.
