With the growth of new businesses and the appearance of new opportunities to
undertake, it is perceptible the entrepreneur's illustration to win prominence through
ideas of innovative businesses, seeking to assist the society that is more and more
demanding. However, to implement such innovative ideas it is done necessary the
study of the viability of the possible business, through the use of a tool that seeks to
identify the implantation possibility and installation of a new company, tends this,
through a good planning, the intention of minimizing possible flaws. This tool, defined
as Plan of Businesses it acts in the planning of the company, through which is
possible to identify the risks and to decide regarding the future of the same. The
present work portrays, through a Plan of Businesses, the analysis of viability
mercadológica and financial of the opening of an enterprise in the section of services,
specifically in the area production of events, in the municipal district of Campina Big-
PB. For the development of the work they were used the bibliographical research and
of field, tends as base the rising of renowned authors' content concerning the themes
of the empreendedorismo and of Plan of Businesses, as well as the mapeamento of
necessary external information to base the Plan of Businesses, with possible
customers' opinions and suppliers. Such research methods seek to answer from a
substantial way to the proposed problem. The Plan of Businesses was elaborated
with base in the Manual of Elaboration of Plan of Businesses made available by
SEBRAE (2014), that it made possible the construction of the market analysis, of the
marketing strategies, and, finally, of the operational and financial plans, where it was
shown to be viable his/her implantation tends a return of the value invested in 2
months and with return of 621,97% of the invested capital. After that construction of
the analysis, he/she became presumably, through economical viability indicators and
of the construction of sceneries, to evaluate the economical-financial factibilidade of
the company, concluding that the same treats of an enterprise that exhibits a
solidification expectation and development.
