The current scenario in the business world is marked by constant and intense changes in the socio-political, economic and technological spheres. Such changes are seen as the main challenge to be overcome by organizations. Therefore, these transformations are taken as companies to a reflection on their business and as competences to acquire a competitiveness in the market. In this context, the people valuation and their competencies in the organizational sphere gains strength. Thus, the objective of this work was to analyze the contributions of the "Jovem Aprendiz" Program in the development of students and yours professional skills to the market, in the students' own opinion. To give support to this research, a form was developed with young people inserted in "Jovem Aprendiz" Program. The methods used are descriptive and exploratory, based on the case study, and quantitative data analysis. The research collected data and information in a training school in Campina Grande, Paraíba. Thus, according to the data collected, it was observed that the development of the skills of the young professionals included in the program. In general, it had been verified that the "Jovem Aprendiz" Program has been able to support the young professional in their professional, student and personal development.
