Abstract:
Nowadays, it is increasingly necessary to adopt measures aimed at Organizational
Learning in order to develop human capital and consequently achieve organizational
development. For this work the data collection was performed through a questionnaire,
which makes the descriptive research and data treatment presented a quantitative
approach. The questionnaire was divided into two parts: Profile of respondents and
Learning Process. In view of the presented, this work aims to analyze the practices of
Organizational Learning in the perception of the employees of a footwear industry
located in Campina Grande - PB, being this small. The Steil (2002) model was used as
the basis, but only five of the seven steps were studied, and finally the conclusion that
the first phases have relatively satisfactory results, however, in the evaluation criteria
stage and in the last one, which this is the application of the results, the performance
was below ideal.
