Abstract:
This studyfocuses onteacher trainingand use ofmedia resourcesin everyday school routinein SãoJosé dePiranhas/ PB. To do thisresearch, we used authors‟ theories asBehrens; Masetto; Moran(2011), Dorigoni; Silva(2014), Oliveira (1999), Martins(2010). To realize this researchit was carried outa field study, by applying asurveyinstrument composed of11 questionsdivided inopen and closed. On survey responseswe have the collaborationfrom7teachersofkindergarten and elementarylevels of municipal and stateschools. Six (06) teachers were formedinpedagogy and01(one)ingeography. From the analysis, it was found that there is a significant use of media resources in the classroom, with regard to teaching and student learning process. Although teachers have stated that they use the resources, the given answers showed that they do not work as they should t wok. The vast majority of respondents said they do not receive incentives from schools thatmake effort to work the issue. They clarified the institutions do not offer training in the field.To use these resources correctly,it is necessary the school offers a continuous training in the field.
