Youth and Adult Education (EJA) is a law-abiding education modality designed to educate young people over the age of 18 and adults who, for some reason, have not been able to complete their studies in appropriate period for some reason. Present research has purpose of reflecting on teaching-learning process of EJA in a class of State School of Primary and Secondary Education of municipality of Congo-PB. It was used 50 of 117 EJA students from State School of Elementary and Middle Education Manoel Alves Campos, located in Congo-PB municipality, were sampled. Methodology used was of exploratory-descriptive type with quantitative approach, through a field research technique, with use of instruments in form of a questionnaire. Relevance of study is evidenced when, in the role of teacher in research institution, one can observe importance of this modality of teaching in people's lives. Results of research were satisfactory, since one can understand importance of this modality, taking into account difficulties of students, such as tiredness of workday, distance, stress, own limitation in learning something, as well as those of teachers, characterized as school dropouts, shift in classes, tiredness and learning difficulties on part of students.
