Résumé:
This undergraduate thesis entitled "Analyzes of the practices of egress teachers from PIBID de Geografia - UFCG / CFP (PIBID of Geography - UFCG / CFP)" takes into account the contributions of this Program to the development of didactic / pedagogical practices in the classroom by teachers in Basic Education which had the opportunity to participate as scholarship students of teaching initiation in the Geography Subproject. It's main objective is to understand the correlation between the formative experience in PIBID and the teaching performance of egress teachers who graduated from the degree course in Geography UFCG / CFP. In order to reach this aim, we have the following specific objectives: to analyze the contributions of PIBID to the training process of Geography teachers formed in the UFCG / CFP; to investigate the epistemological and pedagogical assumptions of neophyte teachers of Geography; to reflect on the correspondence between the experiences acquired as scholarship students of teaching initiation in the PIBID and the practice as teacher of basic education. This qualitative research was carried out from a case study. At first, we carried out a bibliographical and documental review. Subsequently, we developed and applied a semi-structured questionnaire with subjective questions, and together with this action, we also performed the application of a semi-structured interview, with the intention of collecting data from the egress professors who graduated from the Geography Degree course and who participated in the PIBID in the Geography Subproject, aiming to verify if their practices developed during their participation in the Program really are the ones that they execute in the classroom. After completing these steps, we were able to verify that the egress educators who were formerly part of the referred Program really put into practice the methodologies and knowledge they learned during their participation in the Geography Subproject, proving how important PIBID was for their training.
