Résumé:
The importance of formalizing and planning is of vital importance to integration into the
competitive market, identifying risks and proposing plans to minimize them or even
avoid them, identifying their strengths and weaknesses in relation to competition;
identifying the profile of customers; doing a survey on key suppliers, knowing the
market and defining strategies for marketing their products; analyzing the financial
performance and evaluating the return on investment. To develop the business plan will
be presented some concepts of entrepreneurship and the figure of the enterprise;
definition on microenterprise and to its opening; steps to drawing up the plan, profile of
micro Solar Marble and Granite - object of study and finally, the suggestions to
business. Through this study will be possible to examine the entire business in order to
show their potential. The answer will be important for the decisions of the enterprise on
the future of micro and feasibility of formal opening next to the bodies responsible.
