Resumo:
The Enterprise Social Responsibility - ESR is a subject in ancestry and has been very argued,
in recent years because of some transformations that come occurring in the current business
ambient. Because of this expansion, the ESR presents itself as an important concept and that it
finishes exerting impacts in the objectives, the strategies, also, in the own enterprise culture.
This new position that is in the behavior of the organizations is added as distinguishing
competitive where the responsible social practical associates to the enterprise image finish
adding to more value to the product and/or service offered the market. With these
considerations, the present study it comes to corroborate with this dimension bringing as
objective generality to diagnosis the Enterprise Social actions for damages practised by São
Paulo Alpargatas S.A - Plant 22. In terms of procedures, the research if presents as a study of
case with qualitative boarding of exploratory and descriptive nature, in which the tools used
for collection of data were a questionnaire based on the Pointers Ethos de Enterprise Social
Responsibility and a process of observation. From the attainment of the results it was possible
to detect that the company makes possible improvements through action of ESR always
working with ethics and transparency in the relation with its stakeholders. With of all the
received information, it was confirmed the relevance of the subject and the basic importance
of the organizations if to be fit in a vision of multiple dimensions so that the society if
develops of sustainable form.
