Análise da viabilidade econômica de um projeto à luz dos métodos determinísticos de avaliação de investimento: um estudo exploratório.

Abstract

This work has as main objective to verify through the investment analysis the economic viability of an investment in capital assets of long stated period for the Sapore D’Itália. But for, it was necessary to find the investment initial, to make the survey of the expenses with good and equipment, estimate the entrances and exits of box of the project, to deduce the taxes, to elaborate the box flows, to apply the deterministic methods and to search the sources of investments. The used method was to the exploratory research. As for the boarding of the problem and analysis of the data, the research is classified as Quantitative and Qualitative. The data had been collected through bibliographical research and research of field, with unstructured interviews and visits the company. We can conclude, after the performed analyses, that the project of construction of a party hall is viable for the Sapore D’Itália.
