Resumen:
The following analysis aims at identifying the benefits generated by the Popular Restaurant of
Campina Grande-PB implanting, according to users ́viewpoint. That means, the general
objective was to verify consumers ́ perception towards Project validity, quality and benefits.
So as to achieve the proposed goals, the research was subdivided into: Introduction,
Theoretical background, Methodology, Results Presentantion/Discussion and Final
Considerations. As for utilized methods, an exploratory, descriptive, quantitative-qualitative
research was lead, depicted by the bibliographic revision about the theme and field study,
whose main variables were quality, validity and the supracited restaurant users ́ profiles.The
results pinpoint a good satisfaction level by the interviewed consumers when it comes to the
service quality offered in that restaurant, indicating the various benefits promoted by the
Project implementation in the city. On the other hand, some users indicated a number of
barriers such as: food quality reduction when compared to project ́s initial phase, menu
variety limitation, toilet hygiene deficiency. Such problems, if solved, may maximize the
benefits created by the restaurant action.
