Abstract:
The successful administrator try to guarantee the company’s future, strategically
thinking in how to deal with the obstacles from the marketing place, like the competition, the
crisis, governmental sanctions, taxes, among others. However, these obstacles are easily
crossed when he counts with a good people management.
That’s how the HR is winning more and more emphasis in the debates. His studies
involve essentially the human motivation in accomplish the enterprise’s objectives, and to do
this happen, it’s necessary to align the individual’s objectives with the organizational
objectives.
Concisely, it can be say that is possible to instigate the working engagement since the
collaborators be pleased with his activities, raising the productivity and the total quality in the
organization, finally they will be those who will perform the major part of the tasks of the
enterprise.
One of the methods to please the employee’s necessity is to invest in Quality of
Working Life, theme covered in this study, and to make the understand even better, it was
applied an exploratory and descriptive research thru a structured questionnaire at the Pedro I
Hospital, with the general objective of analyze the indicators of quality of working life at the
collaborators’ perception.
To measure the results, it was used the Walton (1974) model and its eight criterions of
evaluation, for the reason that covers the hygienic factors, physical conditions, aspects
connected to the security and remuneration, and further elements from other theorists.
