Résumé:
The survival and profitability of organizations always lived in constant threat due to high
competition in the market, but now an issue that is attracting greater attention and
consideration by them is the fact that companies and institutions that do not raise awareness
for the new social issues, will find a difficult environment of acceptance by society. The
current economic environment is increasingly demanding that the Entrepreneur creates new
and differentiated strategies that offer competitive products and services politically correct,
and responsibly providing new forms of social inclusion and awareness.
Within this inclusive group, highlight the deaf, seeking equal rights, especially in the labor
market is organized in associations and movements that fight for their rights, not only as
people with special needs, but as customers, employees, entrepreneurs, entrepreneurs , or in
any position and / or position that a person considered as normal (listener) plays in society.
Considering these initial considerations, this study aimed to analyze and formulate general
design of a new course of LIBRAS to society with the desire to spread this language, by
teaching courses for institutions and society in general, thereby enlarging the network of
knowledge about deafness. In terms of methodological procedures, initially used a form of
qualitative research is in configuring mode Participatory Research conducted in the city of
Campina Grande, Paraíba, the Association of the Deaf of Campina Grande (ASCG). Data
collection was performed in two stages, initially had contact with the group of instructors of
ASCG, through meetings and then was made to obtain data through a semi-structured
interview, which sought to know through the testimony the instructor of the Association,
the creator of course, as she saw the creation of the course for the community hearing of
Campina Grande and vicinity in the spread of sign language. The achievement of the results
allowed to point that the practices and actions reveal the trajectory of the course and
participants, developed from that experience, more depth in a project aimed mainly at
expanding public and private institutions take the commitment to access the Language of
Signs nature as the Brazilian legislation. Therefore, we believe that the proposed new
design was suitably attractive to the dissemination of the course, presented as targets for
expansion and negotiation, to which various partnerships were formed in order to better
promote the public various situations and environments that the company needed and used
to LIBRAS, creating a more interactive and pleasurable for all.
