Abstract:
The present work approaches the subject of the communication inside of organizations and
companies, as well as the derived relationship of this process in the hierarchy organizational
evaluating the personal computer-company Zezinho Eletrônica and Armarinho, placed in the
Queimadas municipal district, in the state of Paraíba, looking for to demonstrate as the
communication and the information aids in the interaction process between the employees and
the bosses, evidencing the quality that this interactive process possesses as well as the defects
that the same possesses, as well as to show the effective agents of that process, the decisors,
and as the same ones they filter the information to take decisions. The data of that case study
were collected through the application of questionnaires with the employees of the referred
company and agreements in a qualitative way, being, therefore, exploratory and descriptive.
The analyses indicate that is so much necessary the implantation of communication strategies
external with internamente in the company study object, in order to facilitate the taking of
decision and to have access to the opportunities of business that he/she assists the needs of the
company.
