Resumo:
Actually, in the context of People Management, organizations are changing in respect of
people's importance in the work environment. Pro-activity, fast feedback and innovative
businesses are required to ensure the organization survival in the market. Then, the
Organizational Climate can be used to appeals and retain talents, and obtain competitive
advantages. This work presents the results of a research developed at AIAM Furniture
Industry. It aims to analyze the organizational climate indicators in the administrative
employees point of view. The Leszek Celinski's theoretical model of was chosen to be used in
this work. With respect to the methodology, the research has a descriptive and exploratory
nature. To data collection was used a direct observation method and a structured questionnaire
compound by 37 questions aiming to identify the employees satisfaction level. The data
analysis shows that although not satisfied the employees feels glad and likes with his work
tasks. They still says that they have respect and pride for the organization, the interpersonal
relationship are good, the growth professional opportunities are positive and a balance
between professional and personal life is provided. Therefore, we can conclude that even
some indicators are not satisfactory, the employees feel realized at work.
