Resumo:
This research is the result of the analysis in têxtil Natural Fashion Company, located in the
city of Campina Grande - PB that main goal was to look like the management of innovation
in the company, according to its leaders. To reach the goals was surveyed in the literature
relevant to the importance of innovation in business, and the process of developing new
products and techniques used by it to maintain its leadership in products. For the realization
of this work has drawn up a questionnaire that was applied to the three members of the
board of the company. As for the methodology it is an exploratory research, descriptive and
case study. Using data obtained it was possible to evaluate as is the management of
innovation within the company, and how this practice benefits entails. Which brings us to
the conclusion that the innovation is a gap for the company, making it more competitive
and
attractive
to its customers.
