This assignment has as its theme: The PIBID AS EDUCATION TEACHER HOME IN PEDAGOGY COURSE IN CFP/ UFCG: Prospects of the scholarship student X their experiences, brings a reading on the Programa Institucional de Bolsas de Iniciação à docência (PIBID), highlighting its existence in Teacher Training Centre, more specifically in the Faculty of Education, brings a program of reflection as well as their integration into the TTC. This course we draw the following objectives: To analyze the contributions of PIBID the teaching of initial training in the Faculty of Education in the CFP / UFCG, but also highlight the contribution of PIBID, for joint-practice theory in initial training, recognize the PIBID as action effective for the construction of teacher identity and identify the importance of PIBID school under the scholarship student in the process of rapprochement with their professional future. The survey was conducted using a questionnaire as a methodological reso urce the subjects fourteen (14) program scholarship student and two (2) former student. The same is divided into three chapters, the first of which we highlight the program since its existence, the second deals with their integration in the course of CFP Pedagogy, as well as their actions and finally, the analysis of data obtained from the questionnaire. A bibliographic and descriptive research was conducted, in which we used throughout the textbooks and special articles of the scholarship program, to draw a dialogue with the answers of the interviewees. The interviews of scholarship student is the text to confirm that the program contributed to the practice of teaching the same and at the end we showed the importance the PIBID had on my life and training as yet “pibidiana”, as was that each proposed objective initially reached .
