Abstract

Estre work is to create a business plan to analyze the economic feasibility of implementing a monetary investment in a woodworking company located in the city Campina Grande-PB, to increase your sales and improve your process control, therefore, it was necessary to perform a characterization study of the company, from its history, revenues, expenses, to their manufacturing costs. In the study we used the software - CEPN - How to write a business plan. Version 3.0.1 -2013- SEBRAE- MG, which was responsible for calculating the return on investment of time and identify the feasibility study. In conducting the research, procedures of a literature review and primary data collection were used, through site visits and questionnaire. It is noticed that, considering the need to study, you can say that the implementation of the investment in Joinery is feasible as the projections made by the study to consolidate over time. And that, to guarantee this viability to the partners, it is suggested that they seek accessory organs such as SEBRAE and SENAI, for implementing and monitoring this research in carpentry.
