In the globalized world, organizations should focus on customer needs and requirements to remain competitive in the market. Among the main requirements is the compliance with delivery times of products or services. Without it, it generates a situation of dissatisfaction among customers and the company with unpredictable consequences. Starting from this premise, the aim of this work is to improve the incoming information management flow, and execution services flow of a metal-mechanic industry. With the diagnosis, it was identified a deficit in communication between the industry and the coordination sectors, by the absence of a management tool. Then, for the development of the solution, it was used the software Microsoft Office Excel to create spreadsheets with programming in VBA (Visual Basic for Applications), to control the industry services and delivery times; and show the income indicators. Showing the importance of a good information flow within the company, identifying and analyzing the bottlenecks in service completion.
