In the present scenario, planning becomes indispensable to whatever the size of the companies, especially for companies that are recently on the market and try to grow increasingly going to be recognized by your products or services. Strategic planning is a form of management that helps to guide companies for positive ways, contributing to better take advantage of opportunities in the environment that are installed. As well as strategic planning, project management offers management techniques in various areas that also serve as a guide for companies looking to transform their opportunities and / or strategies in a project. This work aims at the intersection of these two areas, making the collection of data for the formulation of strategic planning of a company, and developing a project based on managements proposed by project management. From this project, we intend to help the small business in ice production market can achieve all that has been established over a period of time through research.
