Resumo:
This report aims to expose the results of the research carried out
at the Central Fair of Campina Grande - PB. This research that was conducted in the
period from July 30, 2002 to August 30, 2003, aimed to verify how the
variables: distribution channel, marketing process and value chain are
processed in the commercialization of meat and fish in the Central Fair of Campina
Grande - PB.
The research object population consisted of suppliers, marketers and
consumers of the meat and fish segments of the Central Fair of Campina
Grande - PB.
101 questionnaires were applied, 18 for suppliers, 30 for
for the fair marketers and 53 for consumers of the sample chosen during the period
proposed.
This questionnaire provided information about the chain profile
of value of the segments and studied and their qualitative characteristics.
