Resumen:
The technological brainstorming for the development and the innovation of the micron and small companies, defines the current scene of the problematic one presented by the company of manufacture of electronic devices - APEL, from which, the central object of the study in the area of management of the quality and the productivity was formulated, aiming at the otimização of the operational capacity of the studied company. The present work if developed the general objective on the basis of to analyze the productive process of the APEL, being indicated the necessary improvements, in order to optimize the processes in the direction to allow optimum use of its operational capacities, guaranteeing the productivity and consequentemente its competitiveness. To allow the operacionalização of the study they had been defined as objective specific, the description of the stages of the productive process, the survey of the costs, the identification of the gargalos of the process and the presentation of suggestions of improvement of the process. Of ownership of the verified data in I lease, was made the description of the productive process of the studied company, showing its stages, thus allowing, the elaboration of the basic spread sheet of costs of Amplifier AP-240X, one of the equipment of the catalogue of the company, with the biggest index of production during the first months of the year of 2006, I contend its elements, materials right-handers, hand of workmanship and indirect costs of manufacture. E on the basis of the information of the collaborators and comments, was made the analysis of the productive process, and through the identification of the main gargalos, the solutions and presented as suggestions had been pontuadas proposals aiming at the improvement of the productive process.
