Resumo:
This work aims the development of a Business Plan to an optical sector company,
located in the town of Queimadas-PB. The specific objectives are to describe the
characteristics of the company and the business, study the market and competitors,
define marketing actions, analyzing the profile of customers, competitors and
suppliers. Thus, objectives, goals and methods were defined in order for the
business to achieve success in the market. The methodology used in this research
was developed from a semi structured script proposed by SALIN et al. (2005). The
search result is the business plan itself, which will guide the BRUNO OPTICS to
progress and remain in the market.
