Resumo:
The Process Management enables integrated view of existing processes in an organization. It is the form that allows the manager to view the inputs, processing and outputs and thus identify problems and their causes, evaluate the system performance and implement changes that result in continuous improvement through optimized processes that provide competitive advantage for the company. This research aims to analyze the current management model of the Agricultural Cooperative of Uruçu – HIDROÇU in the ray tracing-PB to optimize business processes. The methodology used was descriptive and qualitative nature, where the data collection was through direct participation. The company was analyzed based on a characterization and diagnosis of processes whose improvement proposal was based on the methodology Analysis and Business Process Modeling. The results of this research allowed us to know in more detail the current reality of cooperative HIDROÇU, which identified that the main problems that the cooperative faces are related to their management and their sales processes and distribution. Thus, it was suggested that the cooperative implements a methodology to analyze these processes seeking to optimize them, which requires changes in management by hiring people with knowledge of management and business, so that it is possible to expand the current production of the cooperative by projecting it on the market more competitive.
