Resumo:
The historical period by which we are going is marked by countless transformations, in consequence of the era of the globalização that emerges in a space where geographical limit doesn't exist. The technological progresses are characteristic outstanding, because through them the humanity entered in the era of the universal communication, abolishing the distance and valued the production of the knowledge in real time. In a significant change, it is spoken now in subjects, until then unknown, such as: motivation, leadership, life quality, communication. As the emphasis became in the man as a to be social, a new concern appears: What does motivate that man? How done to take advantage of that man motivate to obtain better results organizacionais with quality and still to influence the other employees? Inside of this context, this work has the objective of studying the level of motivation of the company PLASNOG / Burned - PB, pointing possible improvements for the otimização of your results through the variable motivação.Por middle of a descriptive research and I study of case, the present work comes to recommend new practices for the elevation of the motivation in the atmosphere of work of the studied company. The found results make possible the reflection that most (84%) of those researched they present a level of high motivation, since variables were analyzed as: politics of the company, norms administrative styles of leaderships, relationships interpessoais, accomplishment sense, content of the kindred work of studying the collaborators' of this organization motivation.
