Abstract:
Public administration transparent and that she allows a bigger popular participation in its decisions, as well as the accompaniment of the results of the state activities, who is to have constitutional, aims at to narrow this relation between the society and State. Thus, this research analyzed through a study of exploratory and qualitative character the application of the principle of the advertising, for the public manager, in the City of Campina Grande, presenting resulted that they evidence no concern, on the part of the manager, in taking care of what it disciplines one of the principles constitutional explicit presents in art. 37, of the CF/88, as well as the barriers found for the campinense population in the search for the information. However having for base the positive application of this principle in other Brazilian cities, as, for example, Rio De Janeiro this work brings as suggestion the formalizes and its effective application.
