Resumo:
With this work one searchs to show that in markets equivalents, or either,
companies who concur in definitive segment and that they possess equalized technology
of logistic production and, the great competitive differential is the professional of sales
with high qualification and qualification. The professional qualification of the salesman
makes thus with that it has a differentiation in the service given for the company,
therefore, the organization will have, together its customer, a professional capable to
identify its real necessities and to help them in the solution of pertinent problems to the
good functioning and course of the business.
The qualified and enabled salesman starts to act as consulting advertising of the
customer, therefore its knowledge of market will help its customer to direct its
commercial potentiality for the atingimento of its specific goals.
In this way in the current market where the productive technology and processes
are accessible to all, the great competitive differential is in the professional
qualification. In sales it is basic part for the maintenance and magnifying of markets.
