Resumen:
The purpose of this study was to verify the perception of nurses about the promotion of health in the assistance of people with hemophilia. Exploratory study, descriptive with qualitative approach, developed in the public hemophilic assistance service of the state of Ceará. It is an indentation of the master's dissertation entitled: Know-how and practices of health promotion in the assistance of people with hemophilia. The survey had a sample of 10 nurses attending the outpatients of coagulopathies and are responsible for the attendance of the hemophiliacs. For data collection, a structured interview was used from May to June 2017. To analyze the data was used the thematic analysis. There are different types of perceptions about health promotion by the professionals interviewed, with the majority associated with health education as a way of improving the quality of life and health of the patients. The stimulation of the self-care of the patients is considered by the nurses an important factor for the autonomy and independence of the professionals and health services, and this is given through the exercise of leadership. Existing partnerships as a way to promote the health of people with hemophilia are not formalised and are given in a friendly way. It is concluded that nurses have important action in promoting the health of patients, since through the health education actions carried out by them, it provides changes in lifestyle, habits and risk factors, as well as promoting self-perception and patient autonomy.
