The various impacts of industrial revolutions, and consequently by the accelerated process of globalization, in revealed a world permeated by technology, and these technological innovations already reflect new ways of constructing knowledge, ie an education that uses information technology and communication - ICTs, from equipment and innovative strategies that allow us to discuss about the educational potential of ICTs. However, we are aware that this is not an easy task at all to educate with the new technologies required to be made large investments in teacher training; models of classroom management, school and networks, methodologies, which causes changes in curriculum, demand times and appropriate structure. Not enough to want to use these features, you need to know to handle them, have goals, objectives, planning. From this question, we present a proposal for a work that has the objective to observe the knowledge of sociology teachers regarding the feasibility of ICTs as a pedagogical tool in high school. We propose specific objectives, determine how students two high schools of Cariri Paraibano evaluate the teaching of Sociology and reflect on the contents that are covered in these classes; Analyze the knowledge of the students selected with respect to ICTs, and how these technological tools are inserted in the social context deles.O motivating factor of this study stemmed from the need to understand the real dimension of the relationship can be established between ICTs as a tool learning in teaching sociology, and so we are in dialogue over the course of our study, several points that relate to Information and Communication Technologies, the teaching of Sociology in high school and how is this theoretical and methodological relationship in two schools Cariri Paraibano. Thus, this study revealed that the analyzed teachers are aware of the benefits of using ICT in the context of room, so that such elements can improve the process of teaching and learning, for innovative methods call students' attention and this reflects in greater participation in class, can also be used in order to guide students about the appropriate use of these tools.
