Resumo:
The globalization made new economical scenery to appear, modifying the way of to act
and to think of the companies, being notable along the years, to growing demand for the
companies to contribute for the maintainable economical development. In that sense,
he/she becomes of significant relevance to lift a discussion around the theme Social
Responsibility in the Companies and his/her importance in the current context of the
businesses, where they are demanded an appropriate posture from the same ones and
responsible with the society and the environment. In that perspective, the work
objective consists of identifying the apprenticeship of social responsibility of the section
of bread-making of Campina Big-PB, in the managers' perception and proprietors of the
companies, taking as base Institute Ethos's methodology. As for the methodology, the
present study is of exploratory nature, being accomplished a field research in the breadmaking
section in Campina Big-PB. For the collection of the data interviews were
accomplished witness the managers or proprietors of the bakeries close to through the
research instrument developed by the Institute Ethos of Social Responsibility (2008) for
the bread-making section, starting from a group of indicators composing 7 dimensions,
to know: values and transparency, Internal Public, Environment, Suppliers, Customers,
Community and Government and Society. The results of the study pointed that the
researched companies possess, even if in an incipient way, some practices of social
responsibility, taking the need to revalue the posture of the same ones, seeking new
attitudes that can be taken to incorporate practices and actions in a more effective way
than they result in benefits for the companies of the section and for the society, being
able to like this, to contribute with the sustainability of the municipal district.
