The results indicate that farmers in two communities know what is degradation and soil erosion, the impacting activities of soil quality, but can not express a view of what is Agroecology, because their practices are not consistent with the principles in this science, which expressed the need for intervention and extension of the government to enhance the dialogue on agroecological transition in the region and strengthen the conservation of natural resources.
