Against the backdrop of the unstable market, people are fundamental to the performance of
organizations. Companies need to know your employees know what they think , what they
aspire to , what motivates them . So , just so , to adopt measures aimed at the continuous
improvement of the organizational climate , from the motivation of their internal customers
. In this context , the present study aimed to analyze what motivates the employees of the
company studied and the possible interference of these motivational factors in the climate
of the organization . The research brought about a theoretical organizational culture ,
climate and motivation , focusing on Maslow's theory of needs of individuals , which
served as the basis for the construction of the instrument to collect data for research . With
regard to methodology, as to the purposes , the study is classified as descriptive as to the
means , as bibliographic and field . The instrument used in the research was the
questionnaire , based on the model - alvarez Ballestero (2004 ) , which allowed data to
measure quantitatively . With the analysis of the data obtained in the survey , which was
drawn a comparison of motivation and organizational climate issues , it became possible to
conclude that there is a great interface , in order that a team of motivated people is an
essential factor for the maintenance of a organizational culture . The research allowed to
diagnose in the company studied , their strengths and weaknesses in the question
motivating employees . From the mean for every need analyzed , it was observed that
employees , in general , are satisfied with the work , except for factors such as benefits ,
job descriptions , sensitivity and leadership autonomy. Which, if not corrected , may come
to impact the climate of the organization.
