Abstract:
Realizing that the macroeconomic environment is evolving with each passing day because of socioeconomic evolutions, he demands of consumer markets and the emergence of new markets stand out substantially the role of entrepreneurship through large enterprises, especially micro and small businesses. before this vision, the entrepreneurship stands out considerably in this area and it is conquering its space in discussions current about its importance as a real driver of economic and social. The identification of an entrepreneurial project requires care and studies to understand its functionality, viability and risks of the enterprise, in this sense can highlight the need to prepare a business plan that configure the reality and experience that the new venture will be inserted. Before placements the aim of this work refers to draft a business plan for deployment of a company of professional cleaning and maintenance for homes, corporate environment and post-works, with a sustainable proposition in the city of Campina Grande - PB. As regards to methodological aspects, we used a quantitative approach that is related to information that will be best delivered through a statistical study, the prospect of obtaining greater support in the results. It was also used research from exploratory and descriptive data collection a questionnaire was structured following the model of the business plan prepared by the Sebrae Rosa (2007). Through the study and formatting of the business plan, it was possible to diagnose all indicators of viability, profitability, payback term and amount invested for enterprise deployment satisfactory results for enterprise deployment.
