Resumen:
Over the years the quality of life has become relevant for large companies and defended
by many scholars as being vital to the performance of an organization. Therefore this is
a study on the Quality of Life of the officials who make up the Motorcycle dealership
support, aiming to identify and assess the perceptions of employees about the
organizational aspects, environmental and behavioral as well as how the level can be
improved of QWL. Model-based search makes Walton assessing the level of
satisfaction among workers. To achieve these objectives we used the methodology of
field research with descriptive and exploratory nature, the collection instrument was the
application of questionnaires based on the theory of closed questions with Walton for a
universe of 28 employees and a sample of 18. Data analysis was done statistically for a
better understanding of that research. During the theoretical approach has highlighted
the study Chiavenato (2005), Robertson (2002), Lacombe (2005) and others showing
key points and essential to achieving a good QWL. The main research results reveal that
workers have some satisfaction for the majority of factors investigated. The Quality of
Working Life is a key factor in the administration of a modern enterprise requiring the
attention of their managers, there must be a greater focus on that side of the QWL of the
employees to perform work that is healthier and more satisfying on some factors
analyzed.
