Abstract:
Over the past few years, the world has undergone transformations that encompass social, economic, political and technological fields, and these changes directly affect the business models of large companies. Such need for adaptation to external changes and increased competition has made essential a change program within organizations to harmonize the internal environment to the external environment the company. Thus, organizational change has been increasingly focused within corporations, and a tool that can be a great aid administrator is the PMO - Proposal for Organisational Change, which aims to streamline processes, identify obsolete functions, quantify profiles , process and operational data, building manuals, set a suitable layout for organization; is summarizing tool that seeks to provide a more modern and efficient management, through the analysis of various information and seeking the improvement of the processes, a satisfactory organizational culture and focused on results. The Tutorial Education Program is proposed by the Ministry of Education, where 12 students receive monthly grants to develop activities for the three higher education pillars, which are teaching, research and extension. Therefore, the objective is to verify which organizational dysfunctions presented by PET Groups of Administration and Economy of the Federal University of Campina Grande, through a proposal for Organizational Change. This study is classified as qualitative and quantitative where from questionnaires and interviews were shown that communication does not occur evenly in groups, impacting activities, the dissemination of methodologies to attract the public have not been effective, compromising even more activities; there is no kind of program focused on training, capacity building, which limits the development of students; there is no type of reward program for students, which can demotivate the employee, among other aspects that were analyzed.
