Resumo:
The concept of corporate sustainability, which advocates the adoption of strategic actions of companies through the discussion of sustainability. So, since the innovation contributes to the social and environmental crisis if the same has their actions guided by principles of sustainability rather than bring losses it will be beneficial for the organizations. In this way, managers must include sustainability in their business models to then develop innovation activities in ways that positively influence organizational performance of the companies. In this perspective , this study aims to analyze the relationship of practices aimed at developing innovations geared towards sustainability and organizational performance in the economic , social and environmental dimensions of the company analyzed using the model proposed by Kummer (2013 ). In methodological terms the research characterized as qualitative, descriptive in nature and conducted in the form of a study case. The instrument used for the collection of information was the semi structured questionnaire and the data provided by this instrument were treated through content analysis. The survey results show that the company has innovation for sustainability guidance activities and such activities influence sustainable performance.
