Entrepreneurship is now an important link between people and organizations. With regard to
persons, characterized as a form of socio-economic status, as in the organizational, provides
an overview of differentiation and paradigm shift, especially in Brazil by government
incentives. Given this, each fledgling company seeks a competitive edge to stand out in the
market and is one of technological innovation. In this context this study is inserted, which is a
survey of 25 companies participating in the PRIME program, developed by FINEP / MCT,
with the agent operating the Technological Park Foundation of the State of Paraiba -
PaqTcPB. The main objective of this project is to analyze the profile of the innovative
entrepreneur through their choices in decision-making technology-based companies
participating in the PRIME program. Regarding methodology, it is an exploratory research,
descriptive and quantitative, consists of a literature review on the subject discussed and a
survey. The results showed that entrepreneurs PRIME showed a median rate of
entrepreneurship that can be observed, since the average of the responses that demonstrate
entrepreneurial trend represents more than 50% of respondents innovative entrepreneurs. It
was observed that the strengths of these entrepreneurs are the determination and courage to
take risks.
