Resumen:
The study of organizational climate becomes increasingly indispensable for understanding the business, it creates an information base, identifying the positive and negative aspects that impact the climate. This paper presents a study on the organizational climate in an organization in the city of Bayeux, with the aim of analyzing the organizational climate in which the institution is, the degree of satisfaction / dissatisfaction of company employees, showing the importance of research organizational climate, using them as a tool to support decision making in organizations. The methodology was a case study applied to the institution and that was as a tool for data collection a questionnaire distributed to all employees. It is noticed that the company studied has a healthy organizational climate and satisfactory in two of their areas - administrative and education - but in the leisure area, it is lacking in several respects, causing an upset and poor organizational climate.
