This study aims at understanding how to check the process of labor outsourcing for the progress of the Centro de Desenvolvimento Sustentável do Semiárido of the Universidade Federal de Campina Grande (CDSA/UFCG), Campus Sumé - PB. This work aims, in general, to evaluate the labor outsourcing process in the context of CDSA/UFCG, regarding job instability aspect. Regarding specific objectives, it seeks to contextualize outsourcing and job instability in Brazil nowadays; investigate the working conditions of third-party service providers in the CDSA/UFCG; describe the behaviour of workforce leasing companies before the labor rights of outsourced class of CDSA/UFCG; and know the situation of occupational health in the work of outsourced workers of the CDSA/UFCG through questionnaires. Methodologically this research is descriptive, with qualitative approach, bibliographical and it uses questionnaires. Introducing outsourcing as one of the main forms or dimensions of flexible working, through changes in labor legislation, which strengthened the freedom of business action. Istrumento who arrived in Brazil through the auto industry in the 1950s, which was aggravated with the Administrative Reform of the state and achieving large-scale provision of public services indirectly; as a result of legislation already indicate be necessary to prevent the growth of the administrative machinery. Technical management of this that the critical points as driving the crisis in the working world that attacks its value, a construction obstacles in order to prevent the ability of workers to fight for their rights. The research universe is the outsourced workers of the CDSA/UFCG. It was found that there is evidence of insecurity at work, which warrants further studies on this subject.
